Prices:
Reservations are made for printing errors and any price increases.

Payment terms:
14 days net cash. All sales to private individuals are by appointment.

Property conditions:
Eurogym reserves full ownership with the resulting rights over the item until final payment has been made.

Delivery:
For total orders over DKK 15,000, – incl. VAT is delivered free of charge everywhere in Denmark, except Bornholm and other non-bridged islands, the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Eurogym is not obliged to compensate losses due to exceeded delivery time.

For purchases under DKK 500, – incl. VAT is subject to a handling fee of DKK 50, – incl. VAT.

Return:
Return of goods can only take place when it has been agreed in advance with a sales manager at Eurogym. All returns can only be made free of charge to Eurogym. Specially produced goods are not returned.

Complaints:
Any complaints, such as missing packages and other delivery errors, please be presented within 8 days of receipt of the goods. All warranty repairs take place at the company’s address, Allikevej 10, 4100 Ringsted and must be sent or delivered free of charge at the address, however, this does not apply to fixed equipment. There is a 2-year warranty on new items. The guarantee does not cover if:
There is wear and tear.
It is used in environments for which it is not intended.
It gets congested.
It is being used inappropriately.
No service inspection is carried out by a qualified technician as prescribed.
The product is modified and non-original parts are used.

It is being used incorrectly Eurogym can not be held responsible for lack of revenue in connection with canceled events due to its products.

Transport damage:
Transport damage must be reported immediately to the freight forwarder or the postal service. If it has been agreed in advance that the goods may be placed without a receipt from the carrier, Eurogym is without risk if the goods should disappear or be damaged.

Force Majeure:
Should delivery be prevented in whole or in part due to force majeure, it exempts Eurogym from any liability. Force majeure includes labor disputes, war, civil war, blockades, roadblocks, political unrest, government intervention, lack of fuel or other external circumstances affecting delivery.

Advisory responsibility:
Eurogym’s assistance to the buyer or the buyer’s advisor with technical advice is to be considered as a guideline only and without responsibility for Eurogym.

Product responsibility:
For damage to person or property resulting from defects or defects in delivered products, Eurogym is only liable to the extent that liability under mandatory legislation is imposed on Eurogym.

However, Eurogym in no case assumes responsibility for operating losses, loss of time, loss of profit or other indirect loss.

Products:
Eurogym continuously develops the products. Therefore, reservations are made for changes in models, range, colors and prices.
